Virtually every smoker in the world would pay a good price for the answer to “how to quit smoking easily”. Whilst studies have indicated that as many as 80% of smokers yearn to quit, unfortunately, they spend very little time or money on trying to quit.
Internet search engine data suggests that quit smoking information is searched for more than twice as much during the 4-week period around New Year. The sad fact of the matter is that most smokers have a look for information and end up reading the same tired old advice about how to quit smoking – and that it isn’t easy. Unfortunately, most of this information is based on why they should quit smoking. They then fail to quit smoking and leave it another year before having another go.
And so the cycle continues.
Firstly, in answer to the question of “how to quit smoking easily” (I, here would add Ciggarrest), there is no method that doesn’t require effort. It is easy to quit smoking, but it requires effort and there is a difference. To put it another way, making love is easy to do but it does require effort. Do you see what I mean?
Secondly, if you want to know how to quit smoking easily, telling you that you are killing yourself smoking is not going to make it any easier. Of course all smokers these days know that they are doing harm to themselves – that is why they all want to quit smoking. The “health police” go around reminding smokers that they are doing all this harm to themselves does not help them quit smoking.
In fact, it doesn’t help smokers in any way quit smoking by telling them what damage they are doing to themselves. The only way to help someone in such a predicament is to tell him or her HOW to quit smoking. After all, every smoker in the world knows WHY he or she should quit smoking. The ‘health police’ never seem to have an answer for this.

First, watch this video I found on cigarest, I found funny, because the situation is similar to our current reality as smokers.
Now that the ice was broken, here is my opinion:
I want to Stop Smoking
I believe that today’s sentence is a constant, because many people still smoke. I say yet, because every day the anti-smoking campaign grows more. I feel good that today there is such a concern, but I know that for smokers it has been a terror.
Everybody knows how the cigarette is harmful (thanks God for products like Ciggarrest), how is harmful to health, including smoking, amazing huh? It may seem irrational to some people who know someone who is killing and continue to do so day after day, but the real truth is that every smoker knows that, but it is very difficult to stop smoking. The cigarette is more than a chemical addiction, it is part of life for those who smoke, as a daily habit, companion of the moments of agony and joy.
Drop it is so difficult, the withdrawal is cruel, but now you should know that smoking is smoking became increasingly suffered. Before, people were worried about you at any moment and said “this will kill you”, today the world you shout it, everywhere you reject, no longer a separate corner for you, you are excluded, all place has a label saying: No Smoking.
Want to smoke? Go outside, light rain if it is raining, or even assaulted, but in here, smoking at all!
I am not making a defense of tobacco, nor defending it.
I know how smoking is bad and always respected the non-smoker, I am a person who believes in respect to the next and precisely why I come here to say this: that exclusion is not fair!
The smokers began smoking at a time when smoking was to chic, artists smoked on TV, famous personalities were always with a cigarette in your mouth, not in were excluded, we in the media all the time, is not wrong? Now pay the price of it.
I think the anti smoking campaign is more than valid, always speak for adolescents who never get what is so difficult to stop, but honestly I think a place to defend that chose to continue smoking is not wrong is at least respect the right the next, also think that the smoker has rights as anyone else.
You must think I’m advocating on its own cause, but believe not, because I want to stop smoking and have already started to see how, since it is not easy. I am advocating in defense of law and to the next, I am saying that the smoker has the right to be respected as well as non-smoker has. A just society awareness people, not exclude, reserve a place for those who smoke is at least fair.
Either way for those like me who are resolved to stop, because stopping smoking in my opinion has to be a personal decision here are some tips I found in my research:
Tips for those who want to stop smoking:
- Discover the reasons you do smoke, now see all the evil that the cigarette question (believe you are not immune)
- Mark the day, seriously, check and obey, do not hesitate to seek help from a doctor of medicine, will not be easy.
- Avoid things that increase the desire to smoke (alcohol, stress, coffee, etc.).
- Remove everything from home that is related to smoking (ashtrays, lighters, etc.).
- Try to avoid smoking.
- Cole somewhere visible (refrigerator, mirror, etc.). All in good to quit smoking and everything bad that the addiction question.
- Start to do physical activity.

Maintenance after quitting:

Smoking is a terrible habit; it could be as addicting as some of the heaviest illegal drugs, recently I helped a client of mine to quit; girl, what a journey!
Nicotine withdrawal is something I had never seen before as I saw it in this lady, she started to sweat literally gallons, she complained about her dry mouth, stomach ache, headache, and a pretty nasty sense of humor. Honestly I don’t think it would have been possible without help from CigArest.
I am going to write here the 5 most important things we did on her first day smoke free:
1 – We added 30 minutes of exercise to her daily routine, walking is a fantastic way to distract the mind during the psychological cravings. When she got the cravings we would go for a walk around the block or just to the park which is about 2 blocks from her place.
2 – She started to drink one gallon of water per day, starting her first day, she would drink a full glass of water every time she felt the craving, water is fantastic for the body and many of us are semi dehydrated without even know it, so when your body is using all his energies to get rid of nicotine a good amount of water is always recommendable.
3 – Here is where we started something practical, she started a quit journal, I really recommend every one thinking about quitting to start a quit journal, on the first page you can write a list of reasons why you want to quit, I also recommend that you make a list of people you love and explain to them why you really smoke. This list can be very long if it has to, but it really works, I had my client writing to her 7 years old daughter about why she smoked, she started to cry… she realized finally that she was an addicted, and that my friends is half the way! To even realize that a smoker is an addict deserves a commemoration.
4 – We changed her diet and got her a whole bunch of healthy snacks; anxiety can be really rough when you are quitting and when anxiety comes you want to eat everything, literally everything, so we filled her fridge with lots of healthy treats like mini carrots, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, no coffee, no chocolate, etc.
5 – Finally we called a physical therapist for a 2-hour full body massage; the massage helps the body to release toxins which is perfect for nicotine elimination, after the massage a nice steam room, bath and a nice power nap.
This was her first day and while it may seem really a nice day to you, she suffered a lot, it was really sad to see such a beautiful successful woman to realize that after 38 years of her life, two beautiful children and a marvelous husband, she was nothing but an addict…
